Hoda Kotb was born on August 9, 1964, in Norman, Oklahoma, United States. Currently, she is 53 aged. Kotb's parents are from Egypt. She has her brother, Adel and a sister, Hala. She attended Fort Hunt High School and graduated from there in 1982. In her college years, Kotb was a member of Delta Delta Delta Women's Sorority, Beta Nu Chapter. Between 1992 and 1998, Kotb was an anchor and reporter for WWL-TV in New Orleans, Louisiana. WWL-TV has been one of Louisiana's top news stations for decades.
