Bow Wow's Career

Bow Wow was born on March 9, 1987, in Columbus, Ohio, the U.S. In 2000, when he was 13, he debuted with Beware of Dog under the stage name Lil' Bow Wow. His album included singles "Bounce with Me", and "Bow Wow (That's My Name)". His single topped the rap chart.

His second album was “Doggy Bag” with singles "Take Ya Home" and "Thank You" with Jagged Edge. In 2003, he released album “Unleashed” under his name. The album included singles, "Let's Get Down" and "My Baby".

Bow Wow made a guest appearance on Brandy's TV sitcom, “Moesha”. He has also appeared on “The Steve Harvey Show” and “Brothers Garcia”. He made his debut in the film “Like Mike”. He made cameos in All About The Benjamins and "Carmen: A Hip Hopera". He was also part of the cast of the fifth season of HBO's “Entourage”. He showcased in a 2010 comedy film, Lottery Ticket, with Ice Cube.

He has also taken lead roles in movies, such as “Johnson Family Vacation” and “Roll Bounce”. He has also appeared in five episodes of the television series “Entourage”, and starred as Brody Nelson in “CSI: Cyber”. He has also supported in the film “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift”.

Bow Wow was married to Joie Chavis. The couple had a daughter Shai Moss, born on April 27, 2011. Currently, he is engaged to Erica Mena. He lives along with his mother in Atlanta, Georgia.

Controversies of Bow Wow

Bow Wow has been involved in a lot of controversies. In October 2008, Bow Wow led an event to register new voters called “Walk Across America” for the US Presidential Election. Bow Wow also participated in a celebrity tribute to police shooting victim Michael Brown which was organized by Chris Brown. Bow Wow again gained attention when he said that he is not going to vote in the Presidential Election. Again that was not enough and he again got involved in another affair. When President Trump criticized Snoop Dogg’s music video “Lavender”, he sent a tweet to Trump saying “pimp your wife and make her work for us”. However, he deleted the tweet in less than 24 hours.
